Women's Jewelry
What are your stones made of?
Our rings are made from conflict free materials. We don’t support inhumanely mined diamonds, which is why we use high quality conflict free simulated diamonds. Simulated diamonds are man-made stones that look just.
How are your stones cut?
Every one of our stones are hand-cut with precision to ensure you’re wearing the same shine and brilliance as a traditional diamond.
How are the carat sizes measured?
Fun fact: simulated diamonds do not hold the same carat weight as traditional diamonds! We list our stones in estimated carat weight & do our best to keep these sizes accurate.
Where do your stones rank in the Mohs scale?
Our simulated diamonds rank at an 8.5 out of 10 on the Mohs scale. This scale is used to measure the mineral hardness and scratch resistance of the stone in question. Traditional diamonds usually rank at a 10, so we’re not too far behind.
Are your rings Nickel free?
Absolutely! We mean it when we say “conflict-free”. Rest assured, our pieces don’t contain any nickel or other metals that can cause common allergic reactions.
Is your jewelry plated in rhodium?
Yes, all sterling silver jewelry is plated in rhodium to give it that classic, unmistakable shine! Rhodium plating also helps give your jewelry an extra layer of protection against scratches and does not corrode or tarnish.
What is your yellow gold and rose gold jewelry made from?
Our gold and rose gold pieces are made from the same high quality 925 sterling silver and plated in either 18k gold or 18k rose gold respectively.
Will your jewelry turn my finger green?
No, our jewelry will not turn any part of your body green – We can guarantee this. If you do run into an issue with any of your pieces, please don’t hesitate to reach out to our support team athello@kashno.com.
What is the width of your women's rings?
Our women’s rings range from 2mm to 4.5mm wide. The most common width is about 2mm, but if you’d like to know about a specific style, please don’t hesitate to reach out to our support team at hello@kashno.com.
Do you offer any customizations on your rings?
We currently do not customize any of our pieces. But, if you have any style requests and/or feedback, we’d love to hear from you! Please submit either to us at hello@kashno.com
Can you engrave these rings?
We do not, but you can definitely take any of our metal rings to your local jewelry store for engraving. Please note: any third party alterations to your ring/s will void our lifetime warranty.

What kind of metals are used in men's jewelry?
Most of our jewelry is made from the same high quality 925 sterling silver and plated with 18k gold or 18k rose gold respectively. (The material of the item will be clearly indicated).
What is the width of your men's rings?
Most of our men’s styles range from 6mm to 8mm.
Do you use any metals like copper or nickel known to cause reactions?
Nope! We mean it when we say “conflict-free”. Rest assured, our pieces don’t contain any of these metals.

How do I keep my jewelry in the best shape possible?

Can I wear my jewelry at all times?
To keep your jewelry in pristine condition, it is best to remove it during any activities such as exercising or sleeping and when handling any harsh products such as hand sanitizer. This will ensure your jewelry stays in tip top shape!
What types of products can harm my jewelry?
Remove your jewelry before applying lotion, sunscreen, & hand sanitizer. We also recommend avoiding contact with bleach, chlorine, hairspray, & other products with harsh chemicals.
Is it okay to use a jewelry cleaner to clean my jewelry?
Do not use any jewelry cleaners to care for your pieces, as these can strip the rhodium plating. We recommend using clear, mild dish soap and lukewarm water to clean your jewelry. Click here for the best way to clean your
What do I do if my stone becomes cloudy?
Use a soft-bristle toothbrush to get in every crevice of your ring! This should help restore that clarity you’re looking for. What types of damages are covered under this warranty?
Our lifetime warranty covers any and all damages. This includes manufacturing issues, accidental damages, as well as any wear and tear your pieces may incur over time. You can even have your jewelry resized under this process as well! For more information, feel free to visit our warranty page here.
Is there anything that is not covered under your warranty?
Lost or stolen items are not covered under our lifetime warranty.
Please keep in mind that any maintenance, repair, resizing or other services such as soldering performed by someone other than KASHNO will void the warranty on that item.

Shipping
Where do you ship your orders from?
All our orders are shipped from our headquarters in China.
What countries do you ship to?
We sell our goods to all over the world. You can purchase our items as long as you confirm that there is a courier available in your area.
I just placed my order, how long does it take to ship out?
All orders are shipped from our headquarters the next business day after the order is placed. Any express or expedited orders placed before noon (12:00) Pacific Standard Time will be shipped the same day.
How do I track my order?
After your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation with a tracking number. If you do not receive a shipment confirmation within one business day of placing your order, please contact us at hello@kashno.com for further assistance. You can also track your order on this occasion.
Once my order ships, how long will it take before it's delivered?
All orders are shipped within 1 business day from our China headquarters. We offer free shipping as well as expedited shipping worldwide. For more detailed information on lead times, please see our shipping page.
What is considered a transit or business day?
Shipping days and business days are Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. The first shipping day begins on the day you receive your shipment notification. If your order is shipped on Monday, Monday and Tuesday are considered the first shipping days, Tuesday through Wednesday are the second shipping days, and so on. Note that shipping times are estimated and cannot be guaranteed.
Will I be charged any duty or import charges on my order?
Customs or import duties are included in the total price of the item. No additional charges will be incurred when you receive your order. Please note that duties and taxes are non-refundable at the time of order delivery.
My shipment is delayed, what should I do?
We are very sorry to hear this news! Carriers may experience delays due to unforeseen circumstances such as holidays and weather conditions. If you have not received any tracking updates for your order after five business days, please contact us at hello@kashno.com so we can investigate further for you.
I have received an email that my package was delivered but I haven't received it yet. What should I do?
If you do not receive the package after the delivery confirmation has been sent, please contact us at hello@kashno.com within 72 hours so that we can investigate the whereabouts of the package.
Exchanges
I ordered the wrong size, can I exchange my item?
Yes, you may exchange any new or unworn item within 30 days of the original order delivery date. This also includes any style changes or store credit. Please feel free to click here to visit our Returns page to start the replacement process.After the 30 days have passed, we can still resize and service your item under our Lifetime Warranty.
When will I receive my new exchange order?
Upon receipt of your return package, please allow 2 to 4 business days for our Returns Department to process your exchange. Once processing is complete, your exchange order will be shipped the next business day with an estimated shipping time of 4 to 7 business days. We will send a new order confirmation when it is processed.
How long do I have to exchange my items?
You have 30 days from the delivery of your original order to send the item(s) you wish to exchange back to us. The return package must be postmarked within the 30 day period in order to be approved by our returns department. This time window does not reset after an exchange request is submitted.
Are return labels provided for exchanges?
We do not provide return labels for exchanges. However, we will cover any shipping costs for the exchange order back to you, as well as any duty charges for Canadian customers. If any items are returned in worn condition, a 20% restocking fee may be held from your refund total or invoiced with your new exchange order.
What is the most economical way to send back my return package?
Before finalizing your return, please be sure to contact us and we will provide you with the nearest shipping address to ensure shorter return times and lower courier costs.

Which forms of currency do you accept?
At this time we only accept payment in US dollars. Users from other regions are more than welcome to shop on our site, but please note that our items are priced in US dollars and your bank will automatically convert the items to US dollars after you place your order.
Which types of payments are accepted?
We accept payments from all major credit and debit cards, as well as many different payment platforms, including PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, and credit card payments.
Do you offer payment installments?
We’re sorry, but we don’t offer an installment option at this time.
Do you accept prepaid debit gift cards?
Yes, they can be added as a debit card at checkout, but your order must be paid in full with the prepaid amount allocated to the card. We are unable to split the payment between two different cards at this time.
How long will it take before I receive my refund?
Once your return package has been received, we please ask that you allow our returns department 2-4 business days to process and send your refund confirmation email. My card used to place my order was canceled, what can I do?

What is the status of my order?
After placing your order, you should receive an order confirmation at the email address entered during checkout. All orders will be processed and shipped within 1 business day. Any rush or express orders placed before 12 noon PST Monday through Saturday will be shipped the same day, excluding holidays.
Will I receive tracking information?
Yes! Once your order has shipped from our headquarters, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number at the email address you entered at checkout. You can track your order here.
I did not receiving any information confirming my order, should I be worried?
There is absolutely no need to worry! We recommend you do the following first:
*Check your spam folder to see if it has been incorrectly categorized there.
*If you placed your order through a payment portal such as PayPal, please check the email associated with that account.
*If you are still unable to locate your order confirmation, please contact our support team at hello@kashno.com and we will be happy to assist you.
Can I adjust or cancel my order after it has been placed?
We are only able to guarantee cancellations or adjustments to orders within two hours of placing the order (orders may be sent out earlier). We kindly ask that you reply to the order confirmation email as soon as possible or contact our support team at hello@kashno.com to make your request.
Can I adjust or cancel my order after it has been shipped?
Unfortunately, we are unable to make any changes to your order once it has shipped. However, once you have received your order, you can always send it back for an exchange or refund by following the instructions in our Returns and Exchanges Policy.
My tracking information is not updating, should I be concerned?
It can take up to 48 hours after shipment for the mail carrier to reflect updated tracking information. If your tracking information stops receiving updates, then the postman may have experienced delays beyond our control. This means that further updates may take longer to show up. Don’t worry, the package is still on its way!
I entered an incorrect or old address at checkout. Can I have my address updated?
If your order has not yet shipped, please contact our support team at hello@kashno.com as soon as possible to update this information.
For orders that have already been shipped, please contact us at hello@kashno.com and we will assist you in adjusting your address as much as possible, but there may be a small fee.

Do I need an account to place an order?
Creating an account with us is a completely discretionary matter. You can complete the checkout as a guest using a valid email address in order to get order confirmation and shipping details once your order has been shipped.
Do I need an account to initiate an exchange or return?
No! All that is required to make any kind of return is your order number or the e-mail address used to place the order. To begin the return process, please visit our Exchanges & Returns page here.
How do I create an account?
If you wish to create an account to track your order history, you can sign up for one here.
How do I log into my account?
To log in, you can navigate to the top right corner of our website and click on the “People” icon next to the shopping cart image. You will also be able to log in directly from this page. From here, you will be able to update your default shipping address and organize any orders previously placed on our site.
I'm having problems logging into my account, what should I do?
We recommend that you click “Forgot Password” on the login page, which will send you an email with further instructions. If you do not receive this email then it is likely that you have previously checked out as a guest and have not yet created an account. You can always register for an account here.
I want to update my shipping address, can I do this in my account?
You’ll be able to update your shipping address in your account for faster checkout on future orders. However, orders that have already been placed need to be updated by our support team. If this is the case, please contact them at hello@kashno.com with the order number and/or email address you used to place the order and a brief description of the problem. Please note: We can only guarantee changes within two hours, so please contact us as soon as possible!
I would like to update the email address associated with my account. How can I do so?
You can always contact our support team at hello@kashno.com to have them update you. Please note: We can only update emails to new email addresses that have not been used to place an order or have never subscribed to our newsletter in the past.
How do I change or delete my payment information?
We do not store any payment information, so you must enter your payment information each time you place an order. We are unable to update or change the payment method used after an order has been placed. If you would like to cancel your order in order to place a new order using your preferred payment method, please contact our support team at hello@kashno.com.
Can I be removed from your email and text newsletters?
Absolutely right. The easiest way to remove yourself from our marketing emails is to scroll down to the bottom of the newsletter and select “unsubscribe”. To remove yourself from our text marketing, simply reply “STOP” to end all future text notifications.
How can I subscribe to marketing text or emails?
Scroll to the bottom of our website and enter your email address there.
Discounts
My discount code is not working, what should I do?
At this time we only accept payment in US dollars. Users from other regions are more than welcome to make purchases from our website, but please note that our items are priced in US dollars and the conversion to Canadian dollars will be done automatically by your bank after the order is placed.
I forgot to apply my discount code, can it still be added to my order?
If you received a code from our newsletter, then make sure your order

Can I use multiple discount codes on one order?

Can I combine a free gift promotion with my discount code?
Sorry about that! Only one discount code can be used per order.
I did not receive a free promotional gift with my order, what can I do?
That’s right! You are able to combine any of our free gift promotions with a valid discount code for your order. Please note that in order to receive your free gift, the order total must meet the minimum price threshold and the free gift must be added to your cart prior to checkout. Once your order has been processed and left our headquarters, we are unable to ship any free promotional items.
I received a free gift but plan on sending my order back for a refund. May I keep the free gift?
Please review your order confirmation carefully to ensure that the item is listed on your order.

If the item is not in your order confirmation: it may not have been added to your cart prior to checkout, or the order did not meet the minimum price requirement to qualify for the free gift promotion.

I don't know my ring size, what do I do?
Please feel free to check our ring size chart to find the perfect size for you. We also recommend that you visit your local jeweler for sizing to get an accurate finger size measurement.
Can I measure my ring size at home?

Can I print out a ring size chart found online?
We do not recommend this method because many printers may have distorted dimensions due to the scaling variables of the printer used.
How should a ring fit?
Generally, you’ll want a ring that slides over your knuckles with a little friction, but not so tight that it squeezes your finger and creates what we call a “muffin top” on your skin. Read more about how to find the perfect fit in our blog post.
Is it better to size a ring up or down?
Because our fingers often swell in warm weather, it’s best to go with a half size if you’re in between sizes. You can always find out if you should size up or down from your ring size in our blog post.
