We want you to have the best experience possible, and that’s exactly why we’ve made our 30-day Super Simple Returns policy available. This return policy is calculated from the moment you receive your original order and is designed to be as easy as possible for you.
30 Day Exchange Policy
Did you accidentally order the wrong size? Or maybe you suddenly want to change the style of the ring you’ve ordered? Don’t worry, it doesn’t matter! As long as you have received your original order, you can exchange your ring at any time within the next 30 days.
Lifetime Warranty
We promise you that all of our products have a lifetime warranty. If you have purchased any problem with the product, do not worry, you can submit the appropriate claims, so as to require us to repair the product, or directly for you to replace the new product ah, we will do our best to protect your rights and interests it.
Note: Rings returned other than brand new may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

How long will it take before I receive my refund?
Once your return package has been received, we please ask that you allow our returns department 2-4 business days to process and send your refund confirmation email. Once processed, it will take your bank roughly 3-5 business days to display the funds in your account. Please note: Shop Pay refunds may take up to two weeks to receive back to your bank account.
